Due to the perishable nature of our premium Japanese green teas, we generally cannot accept returns on food items to ensure food safety and quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.

Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs documenting the issue with the tea packaging or teaware.
Receive Authorization
Once our team reviews your claim, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the next steps.
Resolution Processing
After approval, we will initiate a replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
